Delete your NumStock account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time.

From the app (instant)

1. Open NumStock and sign in as the account owner.
2. Go to More → Business profile → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

What gets deleted

All numbers, recharges, sales, buyers, staff logins, notifications and activity logs are permanently removed immediately. Payment records required for tax and accounting are kept for the legally required period, without your stock data.

Can't access the app?

Send a deletion request from your registered email or WhatsApp to our support contact (shown on the home page). We will verify ownership and delete within 7 days.
