Privacy Policy

NumStock ("we", "us") is a stock-management app for mobile-number dealers, operated by Slackroid. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, business name, email, mobile number (optional), pincode, city and state.
• Sign-in data — if you use Google or Truecaller, we receive your verified email or mobile number and name from them.
• Your business data — the numbers you add, prices, recharges, buyers, sales and notes.
• Device data — a push-notification token so we can send reminders.
• Payment data — handled by our payment partner (Razorpay). We store only the order and payment reference, never card or UPI details.
• Location (optional) — only when you tap "Use my location" to fill your pincode. It is not stored or tracked.

How we use it

To run the app, calculate dates and profit, send the reminders you switch on (push, email, WhatsApp), process subscriptions, and provide support. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

WhatsApp linking

If you link your WhatsApp, a session is kept on our messaging server only to send your own reminders to the number you choose. You can unlink at any time from Settings → WhatsApp, which deletes the session.

Who can see your data

Only you and the staff logins you create. Each business's data is kept separate. Our support team may access an account only to help you when asked.

Storage & security

Data is stored on secured servers in India over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed; API keys are encrypted at rest.

Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists, including after a plan expires, so you can renew without losing anything. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete account.
